The cd duplication
produces the regular CD everybody knows, which have 12 cm diameter.
They can hold music or data up to 80 min of music or 700 Mb of
data. Recently CDs up to 900 Mb are on the market although they
are not the standard.
These can be used for cd duplication (small quantities) but no
cd larger than 700 Mb can be made by industrial means.
The CDs can be use on any type of application which needs music
or data or both.
They can be use on any operating system, as Macintosh, Windows,
Linux, Solaris, VMS, etc, as well as regular domestic players.
Duplication is carried out by replication of by industrial
manufacturing by stamping, depending upon the quality, quantity,
and timing of your order.
For short runs, as well as for urgent jobs or highest quality,
we will replicate your cds and terminate them by digital printing.
We can produce up to 2000 cds/day.
For cd duplication of large quantities (more than 500
pcs), we manufature the cds by industrial stamping. The
painting of the CDs can be done by two different methods as described
below.
The standard cd quality can be reached out by painting the cds
by serigraphy.

which provides an almost photographic quality. The highest painting
quality, though, is reached by digital printing, although in this
way only short runs can be produced.
